HOOD BY AIR SPRING 2015 COLLECTION

HOOD BY AIR SPRING 2015 COLLECTION
A new feeling is in the air when it comes to fashion in New York City. One might say a new era has arrived. We have been seeing for several seasons now that a new ensemble of designers that refuse to follow neither the norm nor the common path.

This new movement has created a rebirth a fashion cool and so call “Fashion what ever” These designers choose to do what ever they feel. Inadvertently create a new day for fashion in New York City. It is widely accepted in New York nowadays to wear what ever and anything goes. This new fashion liberation is not only great for New York City but also wonderful for fashion as a whole.

Hood by Air we feel is one of such companies. They do what they please and it is refreshing. They remind me a bit of a young Jeremy Scott, with no care in the world of what others think. We hope that they keep doing exactly what they are doing and find the proper following of fashion victims here.

ALEXANDER WANG The Most Anticipated H&M Collection Collaboration To Date

ALEXANDER WANG The Most Anticipated H&M Collection Collaboration To Date

Ladies and gentlemen get in line now; we are predicting a complete sale out of the collection before it even hits the stores. The buzz has been big, ever since it was announced that Alexander Wang was commissioned to design a collection for the mega chain store H&M. Just like his predecessors such: Donna Stella Versace, Viktor & Rolf, Isabel Marant and more the public just can’t wait.

It is now quiet apparent that the latest prestigious trend for a top designer to do beside his own line is to collaborate with a lesser expensive and more popular chain store. The reason being, the public feels it is another avenue for them owning a piece of these otherwise expensive unaffordable designers’ pieces. These collaborations benefit everyone involved including getting great public satisfaction and exposure.

If these three styles previewed in these pictures are any indication, the collection is for sure destined to break some sale records. Alexander Wang’s own for sake name brand of the same name has been getting a great deal of publicity and admiration from all fashion victims throughout the world; hence the reason for the partnering with H&M. We love it so far and can hardly wait to see the full collection. It is surely the deadliest of anticipation. What do you guys think so far?

MILES MC MILLAN Or Should We say. JIM MORRISON

MILES Mc MILLAN Or Should We say. JIM MORRISON
Photographed by Guy Aroch looking sexy as ever reminiscing of the late great Jim Morrison of the Doors in ever way. The look and choices of leather tight sexy pants and fur top lend themselves quiet on the money, as the rock star god would have most likely approved.

Miles doesn’t look bad either with his long curly locks and thin slinky tannish sexy body; exudes Morrison in shots after shots.  The stylist took pieces from great houses of fashion such as: Gucci,  Versace, Dior Homme, Diesel and more. This October British GQ spread sure will warm the young ladies hearts.

Jake Gyllenhaal By Hedi Slimane

Jake Gyllenhaal By Hedi Slimane
These two names alone should make both men and women run to the nearest magazine store grabbing and buying this issue of VMEN.
Hedi Slimane the now new creative director of Saint Lauren first came in the public eyes as a well-respected photographer. He is well known for his vibrant black and white shots in which you can see much more colors then you ever could in any color shot. His shots are styled with very strong emotion and evoke a sense of respect and power.

Jake does not look too bad either. The lead actor/ ladies’ heart breaker as expected looks handsome, reminiscing of old Hollywood, the days of Clark Gable, Paul Newman, Humphrey Bogart, Frank Sinatra, Young Clint Eastwood. These men are also known as the true original leading men of Hollywood.
Hedi shot the hunk only from the torso up, I guess that was all that was needed to put focus and how strong and powerful Jake Gyllenhaal truly is.
