Great Shoe Trends For Men From The Paris Shows.

 

 The Runways of Paris have been a great back -drop for some very bright and cool men shoes for Spring 2014. The top designers are all showing their strength on making men more daring at least in their foot wears.

 

The fashion for men throughout the world has gotten a bit more tolerant in dealing with diversity and self-expression. It common custom now to seeing men wearing something very different almost pieces that they would not dare wear years prior. It is almost welcome and encourage for any man to be different and to dress differently. The average man’s closet has gotten much bigger and very much different looking from eras before.

It is to be admired the celebration of fashion expression among men and women of the world. Junya Watanabe, Commes des garcons, John Galliano, Maison Martin Margiela all have made in their runway and collections some great shoes for men. I particularly love the bright yellows and the heavy soles of some of the men’s shows. They are for sure to elevate and bring some light into any simple outfit. The purpose of all of this is to make some conservative men still be extremely fashion forward with just a touch at their feet. It is always difficult taking people completely out their comfort zone, but with these shoes, it is almost certain on accomplishing this task.

Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, also known as JC/DC, born 28 November 1949 in Casablanca, Morocco, is a fashion designer. As the Marquis de Castelbajac, he is a French nobleman. He has enjoyed international success with some of his creations, including a coat of teddy bear worn by pop star Madonna and by supermodel Helena christensen in the film Pret-a porter.


Recently JC de Castelbajac has befriended artists such as M.I.A,  Curry & Coco, and The Coconut Twins. His fashion archive was showcased in preparation for his retrospective "Gallie Rock" in Paris by photographers Tim and Barry, modelled by Cassette Playa, M.I.A, Jammer, Matthew Stone, Slew Dem Crew, and more.
As well as his imaginative clothing collections, the designer creates home furnishings and has designed a watch inspired by the childhood favourite, Lego.


In 1979, de Castelbajac married fashion journalist and model Katherine Lee Chambers. They had two sons before divorcing, among them Louis-Marie de Castelbajac.

In 2005, Raika was the de Castelbajac ready-to-wear license holder in Japan with retail value of €20 million.
The designer is currently engaged to actress Mareva Galanter.

Isabel Marant has a strong celebrity following and her style is much to be admired. She is one of the designers that completely merged rock and roll with a true touch of femininity. Her style at time can remind you of  "Little house in the prairie" with a sexy twist and other time reminds you of a completely confident hard-core rock and roll chick.

The company popularity in the past few years has sky rocketed due to the recognition of her great work. I can see her design French house become a force to be dealt with. Her collaboration with the massive worldwide known H&M will only expend the brand popularity throughout the world.
